The West Ham PEN Way

Written by
When Spragga left West Ham after season 4 on PEN, many fans assumed they would never have another manager who they could call one of their own, but after a 2 season stint in Italy with Inter Milan, Spragga looks to have brought the feel good factor back to Upton Park.
While the hammers fans were treated to Sam Allardyce's brand of safety first football, Spragga was playing a free flowing game over in Italy and the fans could only look on in disbelief at the tactic employed by the pundits favorite Allardyce.
As soon as the final whistle went at the end of season 6, West Ham immediately sacked big Sam and told him do do one, much to the utter bemusement to football pundits throughout the land, Alan Shearer was seen on Match of the Day laughing when the jug eared crisp botherer Lineker informed him of Sam's demise, saying "Well the fans got what they wanted, its safe to say, they had better be careful what they wish for"
When Thatched headed nobody Mark "Lawro" Lawrenson was asked about sams sacking, he just said, "Relegation for West Ham, no question about it, what is the west Ham way? is it being a yo-yo club?"
All the while rumour was starting to surface that West Ham fan Spragga who used to stand in the Chicken Run as a kid was in talks to return to the club he loves, and when asked about the West Ham way he said this.
"Losing 4 nil in the cup semi final and singing for the whole match non stop.
Winning three nil at half time and losing 4-3
Losing 4 nil at home to Arsenal and winning 2 nil away at Arsenal
Dicksie smashing a right winger into the Chicken Run and scoring an unstoppable penalty
Bobby Moore scoring from 25 yards and walking away without celebrating
DiCanio's swagger
Moaning fans walking out early
Ecstatic fans at Wembley
Fortune's Always Hiding and everything that implies
That's the West Ham way for me"
So as Spragga signed on for another stint in charge of West Ham, he got to work and told KUMB that his plan is to build a true to life west ham team as hard as that may be, he would attempt to sign the right players, and set about tapping up PEN managers for their hammers.
First up, he went to Bushlerker who had Diafra Sakho and Enner Valencia and got the players back to west ham, he had signed both players previous while at Inter, and Bush was more than willing to sell the players, and the 2 joined up together for around 30mill the pair.
After countless faxes between Spragga and his good friend Kennethrhcp over the availability of Kouyate and Carroll came to nothing, out of the blue came a chink in the irishmans stance over the players. and spragga says this "Untold times I would talk to Kenny, would phone him up just to say hello and throw in ohh is Kouyate for sale?" "he would laugh at me and tell me to get to f**k" "after 300 time being told to get there, I recieved a message from Mineiro and Ken, saying he is keen on generating some cash to make changes to his team, and would I be interested in Carroll?" i wanted Kouate more, but did not let the chance to bring Andy home go, and paid 35 million for his signature.
Two days later, while still gleaming about Carroll joining, Ken once again sent a fax from Brazil, "you want Kouyate? how much you willing to pay? well I thought about it and said, "30 million right here and now" not expecting Ken to agree I went out for a snout, came back and recieved clearance to sign Kouyate for 30 million, 65 million for Carroll and Kouyate, not many clubs would make these offers, but the West Ham way was in full progress as Kouyate jetted in to sign a day later.
The biggest signing for Spragga though, was Dimitri Payet from Dortaboy for 36million, a player who has it all, and one who got a massive upgrade for the new season, this was the number one target for a good month or so through the summer, after West Ham missed out on the lad when superfly sold him to Flamengo for 35 mill, spragga was buzzing when Dimitri joined, even let him shag his wife is the word on the street.
add these signings to Lanzini
And the revolution is in full swing, a few targets left but for now, this is about as good as it gets for spragga and his attempt at the west ham way on PEN.
