Time for Glory at Birmingham?

Written by

Could this be the season for Birmingham? After a great second place finish last season manager Gregmeister has made some changes to the squad that will surely see them push on and go for the title. The key signings of Jedinak and Negredo will give a low rated squad a much needed boost.

Here are the rivals for the title:

During pre season there has been talk of unrest in the Deportivo camp after crazed manager Roberto Larcos through a paella dish at star striker Demba Ba causing him to leave the club and has left the spaniards light up front.

Villarreal are going well in pre season but manager Goat is still traumatised from last seasons capitulation in which the favourites for the title failed to live up to their expectation. Only time will tell if he can keep a cool head to go with his teams ability.

Wolfsburg managed by the machine himself Big Boss look to be a strong contender but after a fallout with Daley Blind (the long term partner of Big Boss) after he was put up for sale there has been talk of a mutiny within the dressing room. Kevin De Bruyne has vowed to fill Blinds boots and keep the Boss man happy on and off the pitch.

2wnw83o.jpgParrish is filling his lifelong ambition of managing Man City but it has been reported that the silky toned manager turns his players on that much during team talks that they struggle to perform on the pitch, we will have to wait and see if his team can concentrate on the right kind of balls.

With such a big influx of new managers and players this looks to be most anticipated season on Pen ever lets hope it lives up to its billing.........

And Birmingham win the title for the first time in their history...
