Espanyol Capture Isco

Written by
Espanyol have smashed their transfer record by signing Spanish international Francisco Román Alarcón Suárez commonly known as ISCO  for an estimated 70m PENce. Manager Darren Addison was delighted to get his man and a much needed attacking midfielder, with the PEN season coming to an end Addison is hoping this signing will give his squad a boost and help them push for a late promotion challenge to the sweaty heights of the premiership.
Isco shot to fame with a great season for Malaga where he was awarded the Golden Boy Award in 2012 beating Stephan El Shaarawy and Thibaut Courtois to the coveted title. This success earned him a big money move to Real Madrid but after a decent start to his career at Madrid he was limited to only a bit part player due to Madrid's 4-3-3 formation not suiting his style of play, the appointment of club legend Zinedine Zidane as manager has giving Isco hope of a more starring role in the first team now with Zizou preferring a 4-2-3-1 formation which would allow the Spaniard to play in his natural position.
In a somewhat surprising twist Sporting Lisbon who play in the Pro Evo Network leagues signed Isco for 40m PENce giving him assurances of playing time and under manger Niko, he starred in the PEN first divison but with Lisbon struggling in the league Espanyol who are promotion challengers in the same division captured his signature for the 70m PENce transfer fee.
His style of play is considered to be a mixture of the strength, skill and low centre of gravity of Sergio Aguero combined with the vision and passing abilities of Zinedine Zidane. The fans of the blue and white  have expressed their delight of this marquee signing and cant wait to see their man strut his stuff.
