Rangers Revolution

Written by
Season 10 is almost at the halfway point now and we decided to have a look at what former Espanyol manager Daz84 was doing at his new club, after falling short of a play-off spot last season and selling key players that the fans adored the Scotsman was sacked by the Spaniards but this was a blessing in disguise as his hometown team Glasgow Rangers hired the Springburn boy after they made the jump from the abysmal SPFL to the Pro Evo Network leagues(PEN) via the franchise window and with their filthy rich business tycoon DavoteK pumping money in to the league putting the Chinese Super League to shame it was a match made in heaven for them.

Rangers sit on top of the PS4 Division 1 East at the moment and Daz has put the success down to the spine of the team starting in goals with Spanish veteran Victor Valdes who at the age of 34 is playing his best football pulling off vital saves for his team and recording 2 clean sheets in the process. Another key element in the teams success has been the giant Sebastian Coates, he has been an absolute rock at the back eating up top premium strikers for breakfast and even scoring the odd goal from corner's to help the team out.

The midfield is where Rangers hold most of their quality, Seko Fofana who Daz84 dubs a mini Pogba has been putting in some fantastic displays with tenacious style. The Jewel in crown of Ranger's midfield has to be the super Serbian Sergej Milinkovic Savic who at only 21 years old is setting the world alight with his outstanding displays in the attacking midfield position setting up goals and banging them in which has seen him become Rangers' top Goalscorer with 9 goals and picked up the most MOM awards with 4 so far.

Daz84 has always insisted on good wing play to provide an outlet from playing central and has recently added the young Spaniard Hector Bellerin who is one of the most exciting and promising attacking fullbacks in Europe at the moment with unbelievable pace he is a major threat in the oppositions half, he was brought to Rangers in a bumper deal that saw Ander Herrera and 15m PENce leave for the former Gunner to arrive to somewhat raised eyebrows. He hasn't played in a competitive match yet but has impressed massively in friendlies and the fans expect big times from him. On the other wing is a man who has power and pace in abundance Alex Oxldae Chamberlain, he has been a mainstay in the first team with sublime performances setting up countless goals in the process. He doesn't score many goals but when he does they are usually memorial goals but the player known as 'The Ox' hopes to start adding more goals to his game in the second half of the season.

The final piece of the Rangers core is the frontmen who are both lethal in front of goal, the first is the rising star of Italian football Andrea Belotti who after emerging at Torino as a clinical goal getter has moved to sunny Govan to help Daz84 bring success to the Glasgow side, the other man really needs no introduction he is the French assassin Karim Benzema and after arriving in Glasgow to a hero's welcome he helped propel Rangers to the top of the league with his 6 goals in 8 games and superb lone striker displays.
